Job description A luxury interior design firm headquartered in Dubai is seeking a creative individual who can produce high quality leads and sales figures under tight timelines while maintaining a consistent company rules. You are effective at problem-solving, multi-tasking, and bringing new ideas and good research to the group. You maintain a positive attitude and innovative spirit, and work well in a team environment. You have a high attention to detail and love working in a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities 1. Maintaining Company VIP relations 2. Bringing In new leads 3. Promoting Design Services and Products 4. Closing leads and achieving monthly targets 5. Maintaining company rules and reporting systems Breakdown of Main Responsibilities • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. • Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs. • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services. • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers. • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups. • Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization. • Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities. • Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services. • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment. • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, • Advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas. • Participates in trade shows and conventions. Qualifications: • Arab Speaking (Female Only) • Should have excellent English and Arabic Languages including translation of these • Certificate/Diploma in Marketing preferred • 4-10 years’ experience in Marketing/Sales • Excellent research abilities • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines with minimal supervision • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and shift between projects on a time-sensitive basis • Possess keen eye for detail; proofreading all layouts; great problem/solving skills; • Ability to process suggestions, corrections, and feedback professionally • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team To process your application please provide the following: 1.
