Reporting To Executive Director ? Development Location- Doha, Qatar Our client, based in Qatar is an investment business developing real estate across the Middle East. They have senior role for a Land Business Development Director who will responsible for implementing all land development strategy in build to sell, build to own, expansion and restructuring. • Based in Qatar with 5+ years’ experience working there. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Property Development, Real Estate, Construction or related technical field. • Essential – the client is keen to hire someone with experience in developing master plans for schools, hospitals & hotels as this will be the main task of the position holder in the coming phase of the company’s master plan. • 15+ years’ experience as a Chief Real Estate Officer/Manager in a reputable company • 5 years’ experience in a senior management role • Strong negotiation skills. • Communication and reporting skills • Excellent level English and Arabic is essential • Demonstrated knowledge of real estate project management e.g. bidding, budgeting and scheduling, site/construction management and overall project supervision • Strong word processing, Excel spreadsheet, and project management software expertise. • Understanding and ability to manage and control project budgets. • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Power Point. • Understanding of marketing channels Mackenzie Jones Middle East has decades of recruitment expertise in various industry sectors.
