Charterhouse is working with a leading Italian fashion brand who are looking to hire a Store Manager with buying experience to join their team in Dubai. As a Store Manager/Buyer, you will act as a brand ambassador ensuring that brand standards are maintained at all times. You will report to the Operations Manager and ensure that you are effectively leading your team, motivating them to achieve set sales targets and KPI's. Along with having full responsibility for your store, you will also be heavily involved in the buying process each season. The successful candidate should have experience in fashion buying along with retail management experience. You should have the ability to lead a team of 8-10 sales staff and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent presentation and customer service skills are essential for this role.
