Job Description • Source and negotiate with potential project partners e.g. operators, property managers, specialist advisors, investment partners, and the like as required to deliver the project • Lead the RFP process for development transactions, e.g., developing the scope of work, selection of external consultants, valuers, market research consultants, legal advisors, tax advisors etc., and prepare the consolidated report on the findings with recommendation for internal approval. • Develop and refine the project brief to enhance project returns and achieve critical success factors; and manage the design process to achieve the brief. • Monitor day-to-day relationships with partners for ongoing developments, and establish metrics to analyze and track performance of partners • Ensure efficient communications among peers and subordinates at all times to ensure effective transactions processes are undertaken in a timely and accurate manner • Ensure that knowledge management database is updated regularly with all accurate and relevant information • Ensure adherence to Quality and Safety, Health and Environment standards • Set and agree goals with subordinate reports, monitor, evaluate and communicate performance observations to these subordinate reports • Preform other duties as assigned. Experience & Qualifications: • ? Real Estate RICS or Chartered Engineer • Some financial modeling experience and PM experience would be good • Managing the pre-contract stages of our projects, post business plan and pre-construction • 10-12 years experience • Good 1st degree in relevant subject Skills: • specialization in hotel or apartments developments would be a plus. • Can manage projects independently • Arabic is an advantage but not a requirement Established in 1996, Clarendon Parker Bahrain is an International Recruitment Specialist Consultancy based in Bahrains Seef Business District.
