My client who is a well know property developer is seeking a well experienced Development Manager with extensive experience in residential and mixed use projects. Suitable person to be willing to travel as and when required. Requirements: Hold at least one relevant degree in property development Have over 5 years experience as a Development manager Experience in handling a project from feasibility studies to delivery of the final project Worked on large projects over a billion USD Engage was formed in 2007 in response to frustrations at the level of service delivery offered by traditional large recruitment agencies working in the construction market.
