Epson are recruiting for a Regional Business Manager, The Business Manager role provides operational rigor and business analysis for the Middle East management team, acting as the ""right hand"" of the Head of Sales. Developing and managing the forecasting processes, pipeline management tools and reporting. Liaising with a number of internal stakeholder groups to ensure that budgets, forecasts, stock, business plans, marketing plans and market analysis data meet the needs of the business Key Responsibilities: * Provide input for sales plans, be able to present business plan tracking information and gap analysis. Analyse data and suggest strategies to address gaps and identify opportunities * Contribute to commercial policy for the Middle East region and implement commercial policy decisions * Assimilating Sales intelligence including analysis related to emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, viability of outside business partners, internal business performance and business process improvement. * Manage sales automation tools and reporting tools and uses CRM 2 data to recommend improvements to sales programs and strategies * Development of local reporting and analysis tools where necessary * Liaise with Epson's regional offices to align reporting and dashboard development with Sales objectives and reporting needs * Working with the market research team to ensure that market intelligence reporting meets the evolving needs of the Sales in region * Review and report on supply chain management for the regional activities * Review and report on stock management, slow stock and SKU management planning * Liaise with the Product Management team to ensure overall forecasting processes, and planning cycles are in place * Liase with the Strategy team to ensure appropriate partners are in place to report on market trends, market share etc. across core market areas * Development and execution of ad-hoc reporting needs for the Head of Sales e.g. regional sales analysis * To implement common processes and practices throughout the extended team and ensure effective communications are in place * Numerate and analytic - experience of using data to determine plans, defining budgets, tracking performance against target and proposing corrective actions * Knowledge of the Middle East IT Hardware market * Experience of EMEAR market with a track record of cross cultural communication and distance working * Experience of supplying top management with market intelligence data that can help drive sales * Experience of product pricing and competitor analysis across Middle East borders * Graduate level with a background in a technology, sales or marketing discipline * Attention to detail, consistency and reliability are fundamental to this role Epson makes products and delivers solutions for a wide range of customers and we are committed to having a diverse workforce.
