The Main Purpose of the role: • Direct the operations across KSA regions effectively through the standard operating procedures • Develop Implement systems in place for monitoring compliance to established stores and service standards • Ensure sales are conducted within the agreed financial parameters. The main areas of responsibility: • Illustrate and develop the annual plan, associated budgets and sales strategies • Optimize new and existing business opportunities to ensure business growth in line with the`strategic plan • Monitor sales performance of all KSA regions and initiate corrective action where necessary • Develop and put in place appropriate policies and procedures to cover key areas of operational activities • Ensure the business follows local laws and regulations • Ensure that business risks are identified, understood and monitored to mitigate the potential risks. • Develop the public profile and foster appropriate and productive relations • All related business sectors including governmental / non- governmental sectors • Develop and direct all chain and brand marketing activities, and monitor the effectiveness of the marketing campaign • Provide leadership, motivation and guidance to staff in order to achieve growth and profitability targets • Monitor the Financial Costs, Expanses and ensure they are in adherence to the budget • Hospitality Management, • Knowledge of Food production and development, • Business Development, • Management Skills • Sales Background in food products • Full knowledge of the market ,competitors and Products • Decision Making Skills • Ability to control the budgets • Understand how to Develop the product • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills. • leadership skills • Degree Educated • Fluent in English / strong Advantage) • Customer oriented Strong understanding of how a business operates We delight in helping companies to be successful and candidates to advance their careers. “Silven are true professionals in the recruitment business, not only do they understand the client’s requirements but also the markets they operate in.
