We are looking to hire Business Development Managers Centaur Asset Management is a multi-award winning global investment firm, head-quartered in Dubai, UAE. The company is currently seeking to expand its business development team to further promote sales of its in-house investments and is recruiting for the positions of Business DevelopmentExecutiveand Business Development Manager. Business Development Manager Roles and responsibilities · Handle inbound qualified leads from multiple regions · Market, service and promote the company’s financial products · Explain the Key Terms & Conditions and Risk Warnings of financial products and client on boarding process in a clear, concise and not misleading manner · Scheduling meetings with clients and prospects · Conducting meetings with clients/potential clients · Responsible for complete customer journey for new business including finalising the investment and associated paperwork · Leverage existing client accounts to win repeat business · Generate additional leads through contacting personal networks, Linkedin, generating referrals, attending local seminars and trade shows and joining networking groups · Providing ongoing client service and account management We provide: · Guaranteed basic salary (10,000 AED+) + commission monthly OTE 40,000 AED+ · Full training and ongoing personal and professional development, including training and study towards CISI qualifications. Membership of the CISI. · Warm/inbound qualified leads generated by extensive marketing campaigns · Qualified leads provided by Business Development Executive · Residence visa · Medical insurance Previous experience: · Minimum two years experience in the Financial/Banking / Investment Industry · Demonstrable proven track record of success in client acquisition and sales · Ability to provide information on goal accomplishments, promotions, commendations and awards, and advanced certifications of a successful career · Account management experience or equivalent Successful candidates possess the following attributes: · Broad understanding of financial markets and investments · High level of confidence, perseverance and a strong desire to achieve and succeed in a commissioned sales environment · Outstanding verbal, written, listening communication skills · Consultative selling skills · Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills Offshore Recruitment Services specialise in the recruitment of in all aspects of offshore vacancies for all levels of permanent, temporary and contract positions.
