ALAC has six divisions comprising of Body Centers – Toyota & Lexus within UAE, Fast Repair, Customs & Classics, Auto Equip, Tyre Zone and Fastfit. ALAC offers end to end solutions in aftersales for both business to business & retail customers. We are currently looking to recruit an experiencedA Business Development ManagerA to join our FastFit teamA within Al Futtaim Auto Centres (ALAC).A  The role will be based from our busyA Rashadiya site and will report into the General Manager - FastFit and Accessories. A The main purpose of this role is to implementA the organisation's Business Development strategy byA identifying new business opportunities, maintaining key relationships and negotiating and closing business deals. This position often has set financial targets that the manager must meet in order for the organization to meet its projected revenue generation. It is the responsibility of theA Business Development ManagerA toA pursue sales leads and prospective clients, building client relationshipsA both internal and external, delivering presentations and proposals,A maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions and intra - company requirements.A Client retention is a priority for this role and therefore building and maintaining relationships is essential.A  A requirement of this position is to report on performance therefore the role holder will consistently evaluate sales performance to optimise efforts and to identify areas for improvement.A To be considered for this role you will ideally be a graduate and will have a minimum of 5 - 6A years' experience in a Business Development / Sales role.A  It is essential that you have a strong commercial awareness of theA Auto industry, products and services. The ability to manageA all aspects of large scale corporate business tenders is a major requirement. This role involves an element of local travel and therefore a driving licence is essential. As prior sales experience is a requirement for this position it is expected that you will have strong negotiation skills along with the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues of varying levels.A  You will act as the face of the company and therefore will have a proactive, professional and presentable nature.
