IS Administrator: is urgently required for a Multinational company in 6 Oct & Sadat City. Main Responsibilities: Maintains information systems Evaluate operations information systems and electronic data processing in order to end up with a proposal toward IS Unit head for action.Meet with managers to discuss systems requirements, specifications, costs and timelines such that they will be assessed by IS Unit head.Monitor and audit information system with respect to the functional use and data quality.Raise auditing findings for IS Unit head for proper and corrective actionsIdentify business and users’ needs and share them with IS Unit head for fulfillment and action plan.Develop reports and database queries/alerts based on ISBI standards in order to fulfill information system reporting module.Optimize database queries and reporting such that high performance quality (coding, speed …) is achieved.Validate systems data such that anomalies are identified and pro-active decisions are taken.Execute information systems projects implementation along with training and support.Coach and support users with respect to the appropriate system usage such that maximum benefits are achieved.Execute the maintenance, backup and cleaning of databases and system reports.Safe guard the consistency, standardization, unification and utilization of reports along their data reading.Administer information systems security, privileges, rights, permissions, master tables and data .Maintain master tables data quality such that garbage data is fully eliminated.Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.Train staff about potential uses of existing system modules and functionalities.Coordinate with IT regarding the suitable hardware specs and network infrastructure needed to run information systems.Administer, maintain and support standalone software packages like ArtiosCad, OMP ... along with the relative upgrades.Fulfill day to day operations needs and requests with respect to report making, data querying, trouble shooting, problem solving, coaching, assistance, support.Exposed and familiar with financial systems (software and concept) for proper data querying, interfacing, support, analysis and administration. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Computer science or Computer engineering or equivalent.Ability to define problems and find a prompt suitable solution2 – 3 years of experience.Preferred from 6th of October City or Sadat City.Problem solving and decision making.
