A leading global security services group, specialising in the distribution of high value goods and a variety of integrated security solutions is looking to hire a General Manager to oversee their Johannesburg business. This role reports into the Regional Managing Director for the geography. The key responsibility of this role will be to assume full responsibility for the country / territory P&L in accordance with the agreed country strategy and business plan and also to deliver financial returns for the business and the shareholders. The successful incumbent will have at least 10 years’ experience occupying a management role, overseeing a country P&L coupled with a proven track record in a customer facing operation in a global environment, ideally in the service sector.Previous experience as a General Manager / Country Head within a security services company with the potential to develop beyond this job title and associated responsibilities. .
