Creative is currently hiring for the following positions for an upcoming five-year workforce development project based in Jordan that is expected to begin in January/February 2014:   Chief of Party - Job Code: Jordan - COP Required Skills: Minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent in international development or related field required; A minimum of 12 years of progressively more responsible experience in planning and managing highly complex economic growth-related international, donor-funded projects in developing countries; Experience with USAID and other international donor-funded projects required; and Strong technical expertise in economic growth, workforce, competitiveness and private sector development.   Grants Manager - Job Code: Jordan - Grants Required Skills: Seven years of demonstrable experience managing grants under contracts or sub-grants for USAID or other international donor-funded projects; Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or a relevant field; and Fluency in English and Arabic   Finance Manager - Job Code: Jordan-Finance Required Skills: M.S. degree in accounting or financial management desired; B.S. degree with at least 3 years of experience required; , Prior experience in the Financial Management of USAID programs valued at a minimum ofUS$40mil!ion; Demonstrated capacity supervising a complex financial management or general ledger system; and Fluency in English and Arabic.   Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist - Job Code: Jordan - M&E Required Skills: M.S. or M.A. degree economics, international development, evaluation research, statistics, or a related field desired; minimum of a bachelor's degree required; 3-5 years of experience in designing, managing and implementing results-based M&E activities overseas; Fluency in English and Arabic; and Experience working on USAID programs strongly desired.   Applicants for all positions must have excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, familiarity with USAID policies & procedures, & experience working in Jordan.
